Appointments:
To make an appointment you may call us directly. We suggest making appointments in advance. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Please note that your scheduled time is your treatment time. We regret if you are running late, time may be deducted from your treatment so not to interfere with the next client coming after your session.

Cellular Phone/Beeper:
To maintain the serenity of your experience, we ask that you please turn off your cellular
phone/beeper upon arrival.

Disrobing:
People have asked "Do I need to totally disrobe while receiving a massage or body treatment?" Because we want you to feel totally at ease, you are not required to do anything that will make you the least bit uncomfortable. You can disrobe to your comfort level.

Please be aware that you will be covered with a drape at all times during your treatment or massage. The only time a body part will be exposed is while that part of the body is being treated or massaged. Once massage or treatment has been done that body part is covered and the therapist will move on to the next area

Payment:
For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. Credit card guarantee is required when booking all massage or spa parties.

Cancellation Policy:
Please allow 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. No-shows and/or late cancellations will be charged for the full amount of scheduled treatment.
